After fifty years of marriage, the recently widowed Alicia makes a brave move to leave her native America and purchase a century-old dream home on the south coast of England. She soon meets mischievous “Albert”, the long-deceased original owner of the Edwardian home, an invisible spirit who can only communicate with her through the written word. Since their backgrounds are from different worlds and different times, creating a relationship is fraught with challenges. They revel in the joys, deal with the trials and tribulations, and keep their senses of humor as they aspire to share the home in peace and harmony against all odds.
